The vice president of Cuban Council of Ministers Ricardo Cabrisas and the Finnish Under-Secretary of State of Foreign Ministry Pirkko Hamalainen, signed today an agreement to restructure Cuba''s debt with that country.

According to a statement, during the meeting both sides had a fruitful exchange of views regarding the positive state of bilateral relations and its development prospects.
Hamalainen was accompanied by Finland's ambassador in Mexico, concurring in Cuba, Roy Eriksson; and other officials of the Finnish Foreign Ministry.
The Cuban delegation consisted of Isaac Hernandez, director of the Central Bank of Cuba; Aleida Gonzalez, vice president of the National Bank of Cuba; and Yamila Fernandez, director-general of economics department of the Cuban Minister of Foreign Trade and Investment.
