About the topic specialists from Cuba, Ecuador, Guyana and other countries will refer to that topic as part of the program of the 2nd International Congress of Economic Management and Development, which will session until Thursday at the Convention Center of this capital.

For his part, the President of the Central Bank of Uruguay, Mario Bergara, will deal with the Inclusion and financial education: Two faces of the same coin.
The Congress includes four international events: the 10th Meeting of Accounting, Auditing and Finance, the 4th of Public Administration, the 3rd of Cooperativism and the 1st of Management and Business Direction.
It is sponsored by the National Economists and Accountants Association of Cuba, which groups over 80 thousand of those professionals in the country.
The president of that organization and the organizing committee, Oscar Luis Hung, said at the inauguration that the forum will open a fluid exchange, capable of generating new knowledge and focuses that will benefit the guild.
He considered the present situation over the world has as challenges climate change, the rise of inequality between rich and poor, the slow global economic growth and the stagnation of multilateral trade negotiations, which have been incapable of advancing in a regulatory agreement.
Also, the increase in military expenditures by hegemonist powers and its consequences for the targeted countries, the increase of migrations and other problems that demand that economists diagnose and concert policies on the scenarios expected and influence on changes toward progress.
