The Cubanacan Hotel Chain offers in Guantanamo new options aims at national tourism, which from this April 18 is marketing its facilities through theCubatur and Habanatur agencies located in the capital of the province.
It was known during the fair held in the boulevard of the Guantanamo City by commercial agents of that tourist group, who promoted special offers of accommodation and spent days, on occasion of the celebrations of mothers' day and the enjoyment of summer.
Paula Vásquez Días, sub-delegate of Cubanacan in the Santiago de Cuba, told CMKS that the proposal makes available to Guantanamo some 17 hotels of four and five stars category, whose services benefit the clients of the territory to live different experiences, practice ecotourism in another part of the Cuban geography, among other leisure options.
She added that in order to meet the growing demand of the domestic market to the leisure industry, on Saturdays other offers will be made with price reductions or additional values accordingly the characteristics of each accommodation and will be available until October 31 of this year.
The Melia Santiago, the Versalles complex, the Iberostar Casa Granda and Imperial hotels, the Segundo Frente, Brisas Sierra Mar, Los Galeones and El Peregrino, are the facilities now offered to Guantanamo residents through the agencies Cubatur and Habanatur.
The operations in Guantanamo of the Cuban Hotel Chain aims to be the first step, not only to expand the vacation options of the inhabitants of the territory, but also to commercialize the local tourism product, since they open the doors to the cooperation between the easternmost province and Santiago from Cuba.
