A travel through La lengua del Toar, by the writer Miguel Ángel Castro Machado from Baracoa and the songbook Vamos a cantar changüí, by the researcher and music teacher Ramón Gómez Blanco integrate the seven literary novelties of territorial polygraphy this time.
In the research category, the book Entre toques y bailes: Los cantos. La Tumba Francesa de Guantánamo, by Manuel Coca Izaguirre and in narrative, Marginalia, by Ana Luz García Calzada, stand out.
Also unpublished are two self-help texts: Saber más sobre diabetes (Knowing more about diabetes), by Dr. Ranulfo M. Martínez González and Enfermedades anorectales. Cómo educar a la familia para su prevención (Anorectal deseases. How to educate the family for its prevention), by Dr. Enia R. Álvarez Lambert.
In addition, El Mar y la Montaña publishes for the first time Aprender a maquillarse, by the cosmetologist and non-state worker, Marelis Proenza Bravo.
Within the proposals of the local institution for this 27th issue of the Book Fair also highlights the third edition of the text Baracoa, más allá de la Farola (Baracoa, beyond the Farola Hill, by journalist Ariel Soler Costafreda, Puerta de papel award, given to the best and best-selling published titles for territorial seals.
