The Versos sencillos (Simple Verse) and texts that José Martí dedicated to the children of the world will be recreated in the Guaso Theater, in the Guantanamo City, where the show of the Children Dance Academy Danza Fragmentada and its guests will be presented on Sunday 27, on the eve of 166th birth anniversary the National Hero.
Fragments of the letters written by the Apostle of Cuba to his beloved María Mantilla will also be expressed among songs, costumes parade made with recyclable material, and Cuban traditional dances as well as contemporary dance performed by the children that make up the Tilín Tilín Children Choir, the Artesaneando with Yeni Project and the Children Dance Academy Danza Fragmentada, a performance that takes place on the last Sunday of the month in the main stage of the Guaso City.
The children dance academy, started in 1995 by Danza Fragmentada Company, one of the four emblematic dance groups of the territory, also conceived the "My World of Fantasies" Children's Creation Contest, whose 23rd edition will take place in the coming month of May.
Other presentations of Danza Fragmentada to demonstrate its constant work to the Guantanamo public is the Interior Space "Improntus del Cuerpo", which takes place on Thursday nights at the studio, where the improvisations and choreographic studies of the dancers are performed as well as well-known pieces of the company's repertoire.
