The Patio de Adela Project and Caverchelo.comb developed a program of activities in the neighborhood Loma del Chivo, which ended at the door way of the House of Son with the performance of the children of the representative group of the Guantanamo City’s multicultural neighborhood.
The Intensive Therapy duo, Mariachi singer Lázaro Martínez and the rumba group Aché Iré also performed on the cultural day, which was attended by members of the Yoruba Association of the territory which collected the signatures of residents for the release of the former Brazilian president, Luiz Inacio da Silva.
The prominence of the members of the Patio de Adela and Caverchelo.comb also stands out for the participation in the meeting with different associations of descendants of other nations, which took place in the Provincial Museum of Guantanamo, a meeting in which their representatives signed a Collaboration Agreement with the institution to share experiences and promote the local history.
