U.S. Arista publishing house has issued the book ''El hidalgo Sanchez de Moya y el Real de Minas de Santiago del Prado'', by Cuban researcher Ernesto Alvarez Blanco, according to reports today. The volume recollects the efforts and vicissitudes by Spanish Sanchez de Moya, founder and first mayor of Real de Minas de Santiago del Prado - the site that would become the picturesque and famous village of El Cobre, in the eastern region of this Caribbean nation.

Artists from Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia will be present at the 15th International Circuba 2016 from July 11 to 17 in this capital.
