Guantanamo wrestlerFreestyle wrestler Yowlys Bonne (61 kg) will part take for the World Wrestling Championship in Kazakhstan, convinced that these will be as his Olympic Games, because his division is not included within the four-year event.

Because of his status as World Champion and number one in the ranking, he will be the only Cuban qualified for the Kazakh event, to be held from 14 to 22 this month. On his aspirations, the Guantanamo athlete said: "My goal is to maintain the title of Budapest, Hungary and thus continue at top of the Cuban wrestling."

Bonne commented on how shocking it is to be a world champion and not be able to attend the Olympic Games, due to the fact that his division is not included.

Just a few days ago, the 2015 Pan American champion of Toronto, in the immediate lower division, was one of the 8 gladiators in our country who signed contracts with German Bundesliga clubs.
