This was known at the end of the tenth evaluation carried out by the national governing group of this program, whose members examined the behavior of different production lines and the quality of the products.
Carlos Martínez Turro, vice-president of the provincial board of directors, reported on the results in the past year, when the production of blocks, mosaics, bricks, stones, sand and a wide range of roof were increased.
In addition, he said that in the current stage initiatives are promoted to increase the distribution with the natural resources of each locality and greater exigency for the quality of the finished products.
Juan Antonio Rosa Peña, a member of the National Group of Local Production and Sale of Building Materials, congratulated the province of Guantanamo for the progress it shows, and called for enhancing efforts to boost the building of houses, with supplies distributed by the local industries and self-employed sector that are dedicated to the activity.
