The member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, emphasized the importance of the debates in each neighborhood, an opportunity to analyze the functioning of the structure and propose solutions to the difficulties.
He also called for increased volunteer blood donations, fighting crime, strengthening popular vigilance, and from the neighborhood to exercise government as a civic right and a citizen's duty.
In Guantánamo, Carlos Rafael Miranda Martínez, national coordinator of the CDR, also called to attend the parade on May 1 and to maintain, during the ninth congress process, the example of the founder and leader of the organization, the Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro Ruz.
