According to Victor Mendoza Paumier, vice-president who attends investments in the Council of Municipal Administration, the aid includes 7 pounds and 75 grams of beans for per capita and one liter of oil for people over 65 years of age, pregnant and children who have not reached the age of three.
The distribution of these foods began by the trading units of Baracoa, while residents of rural areas of the territory will receive it trough another variant.
