More than 60 thousand Guantanamo students from fourth to ninth grades in tribute to the 122 anniversary of the fall in combat of Jose Marti in Dos Rios will go camping today.
Yalina Thaureax Four, provincial president of Cuban Children´s Organization (OPJM), stressed that in the 600 schools this activity is planned that is called Acampemos with the Master, as a worthy tribute to the national hero.
The leader said that the venue will be at the primary school Oscar Lucero Moya, in the municipality Imias, territory where he landed on April 11, 1895 the National Hero and other brave men to restart the Necessary War, in addition to the results this center shows to date in the OPJM’s work.
The provincial president of this organization, Yalina Taureax, also added that in primary schools that bears the name of José Martí special morning will also be held and in the all territory’s schools meetings with combatants, visits to monuments, museums among other initiatives to honor the most universal of Cubans are scheduled.
