Some 30 pioneers from Santiago de Cuba and Guantanamo, who are members of the Club Little Jurists demonstrated their knowledge about the role of this career in society, as well as the protection they provide to citizens who come to legal institutions for help.

During the First Territorial Event, sponsored by the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Cuba in Guantanamo, second and ninth grade students also presented other experiences related to strict compliance with laws and other legal provisions, by state agencies, economic and social entities, among other missions of this body of justice.
The delegations of the municipality Guamá, Santiago de Cuba and Baracoa won the first places, while those of Caimanera were given a special mention, when they presented the negative consequences caused to Cuba by the illegal imposition of the Naval Base on Cuban soil for more than a hundred years ago.
The Litlle Jurists club also promotes in young people love for the profession, which ensures compliance with legality in the territory. At the same time, it contributes to the formation of investigative and disciplinary skills, tenacity, among other values.
The event was attended by the prosecutors, teachers and tutors of the schoolchildren of Santiago de Cuba and the municipalities Baracoa, Manuel Tames, Caimanera and the provincial capital, who enjoyed a special performance by the Colmenita Children's Group led by Xiomara Solís.
