More than 30 papers related to the management and resolution of legal conflicts will be presented by professionals of the Firm of Lawyers, as a preparatory event in Guantanamo in view of the International Law and Society Congress.
The lawyer Adolfo Rodríguez Fernández Rubio, director of Firm of Lawyers the in the province, explained that the event that will take place in the Plaza de la Revolución Mariana Grajales that aims to establish academic debate and select the best 8 papers to represent the territory in the international meeting.
The debate will be carried out in two committees that will evaluate the papers from all legal branches such as "Filiation in light of assisted reproduction techniques, challenges and perspectives for Cuban family law,” and "The foreign element in labor legislation", among other issues.
A key lecture by the historian Luis Figueras about the 60th anniversary Eastern Front Frank País will open the event, prior to 2018 Law and Society Congress, an event in which Guantanamo participates since its first edition and in which it obtains relevant results related mainly to agrarian law, meant Fernández Blond.
