In the Guantanamo Province, during the dynamic test, all mechanisms were carried out to ensure the successful development of the referendum on February 24, when the people go to the polls to support the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba.
During the trial, the 244 polling stations and members of electoral council were activated, as well as the communications and transport personnel.
Yaily Fernández Castellanos, secretary of the Electoral Commission in the province said that there were problems with the opening of some polling stations and the delay in the transportation of radio amateurs to their posts, deficiencies in which they have an immediate view for solution before the referendum on February 24.
Ballot papers were also used in the one thousand 244 polling stations, and included the use of national symbols, processing the results, the use of documentation and the participation of the rest of the personnel and means, except voters and pioneers who will guard the ballot boxes.
The dynamic test in Guantanamo for the vote next Sunday, to ratify the new Magna Carta that will govern the future of our country, included the trial with the electoral authorities of each polling station.
