About one hundred outstanding Guantanamo young people in their work place and student centers will enjoy the summer camp from July 18 to 21, an option convened by the Young Communist League, which promotes the formation of values and healthy recreation.
Coming from all the municipalities of the province, they will stay at the José Maceo Vocational Complex and during their stay in the city they will exchange with political and governmental authorities to know about the programs that are promoted for the socio-economic development of the territory.
The activities also include a meeting with residents of the community Pastorita, in addition to developing a sanitation day at Guanal beach as part of efforts to promote environmental education and achieve a healthier environment.
The first edition of the summer camp in Guantanamo combines recreation, knowledge and history, which is why the hundred Guantanamo young people with outstanding work and student careers will enjoy of the Stone Zoo, which with more than 500 pieces carved is one of the biggest attractions in the province.
