So it emerged during the tenth operation of Mirando al Mar Detachment carried out from May 18 until Wednesday, by the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution and the guard troops in a joint effort to combat this scourge.
Noteworthy is the work of the 43 detachments Mirando al Mar of Guantanamo, structures that now are strengthened by the enrolment of new members and it’s worth to mention the pioneers’ interest club in the area El Marrón, in the municipality of Imias, who transmit their knowledge about the warning system to be applied in case of drugs that reach the coasts.
The drilling exercises performed these days contribute to improve staff training on trends and procedures to implement counternarcotics operations.
