With the motivation to bring internet users closer to the procedures and services of the companies and institutions of the territory, as well as to the management of the delegates of the Parliament, Mi Guantánamo Portal was created, which is already online from this Friday.
It was announced at the technological fair held in the Plaza 24 de Febrero of this city, where the site of the Municipal Assembly of the People’s Power (Parliament) was presented by a team of workers of the Software Development Company (Desoft) in the province.
This web page, which can be accessed through the e-mail address www.miguantanamo.gob.cu, allows citizens to interact with the government population service departments in the Guantanamo Municipality and entities present in the portal such as Housing, Physical Planning, the Electric Company, among others.
The engineer Aymara Figueredo, head of the project in the DESOFT Division of the province, also reported that this site allows users to process their approaches and know the answer to their concerns from that platform.
The technology fair, held in the Guantanamo City, was also a business opportunity for the territorial divisions of ETECSA and DESOFT, the Community Computer Club, among other entities that promoted their products and services related to the computerization of society.
