Guantanamo Children Pay Tribute to Che
The celebration this year has a special significance that marks the 55th anniversary of the physical disappearance of Camilo Cienfuegos, who heroically contributed to the revolutionary triumph of January 1959, and next to Che led the invasion of the West and the historic Yaguajay battle that immortalized him as the hero of the village.
In the various workplaces and schools many activities are carried out to highlight the paradigm of Che, an Argentine-Cuban who contributed to the first changes introduced by the revolutionary state in his position as Chairman of the National Bank of Cuba and Minister of Industry.

There are many reasons to remember these two great men with the performance of various political, recreational, sporting and cultural activities, in which the call to follow the examples of struggle of Che and Camilo prevails.
On October 28, the day ends with a tribute to these heroes, where students of different teaching levels and people in general will come in traditional march into rivers and beaches to throw flowers to Camilo, besides conducting events and exhibitions in the various groups.
