Guantanamo readies for the tenth National Checking to the Internal Control to take place in the province in November, which will check the power decentralization in the business sector as well as the measures to address population aging, among other priority programs.
From November 2 to 30 near a hundred supervisors and inspectors mainly of the Auditing and Comptroller system will take part of the process, who since September receive training courses.
Estrella Perez Trenzado, comptroller chief in the territory, told reporters that auditors checked 17 state entities of the Council of the Provincial Administration, and the Ministries of Agriculture, Energy and Mines and Industries.
Also the advance of the giving of subsidies for the purchase of building materials will be also evaluated in a chosen municipality.
The official highlighted the importance and preventive nature of this activity, aimed at increasing awareness among workers and managers, and fostering a culture of control, essential elements for efficient administrative management, order, discipline and requirement.
Seven experts in standardization, work and health will join the process, in order to measure forms and payment systems, the state of accounts, compliance with quality standards and economic relations established with self-employed.
As in the previous activities the auditors will be accompanied by university students majoring in Law, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Agronomy and Information Technology.
