Reservoirs in the province of Guantanamo just store 36 percent of its filling capacity which represents about 58 million cubic meters of water less than the same period the previous year and requires measures to guarantee the supply to the population.

The Union of Cuban Journalists (UPEC) showed its support to the Caracas-based Latin American network Telesur through a message "of solidarity and respect" circulated here today.
