The International Relations Commission of the National Assembly of People’s Power issued a statement expressing its strong rejection of “the unacceptable Resolution on Cuba that has just been adopted by the European Parliament,” this Thursday, July 6.

The CMKS Radio Station of Guantanamo celebrates its 80^th anniversary, whose experience and careful work endorse a trail of recognition and the predilection of the audience, especially the mountains, which cover three-quarters of the easternmost Cuban province.

The Centro Neighborhood of the capital of Guantanamo paid a well-deserved tribute to the workers of the CMKS Radio Station, the Antimperialist Trench, a celebration that took the street of Dónato Marmol between Martí and Pedro Agustín Pérez, where the station is located.

To achieve an election that ratifies the democratic, participative and transparent character of our political system, are objectives of the provincial electoral commission and those of the ten municipalities of Guantanamo, declared Tomás Sourt Martínez, president of that structure in the territory.
