CELAC Summit Talckles Peace Process in Colombia and Haiti Vote

Foreign Minister, Ricardo Patino stated today that the Summit of Latin American, Caribbean States (Celac) to be held in Ecuador on Wednesday, will tackle the peace process in Colombia and electoral situation in Haiti. Speaking Monday at GamaTV local television, the head of the Ecuadorian foreign ministry revealed that the Colombian government requested that during the regional meeting be tackled the progress of the negotiations initiated in 2012 with the guerrillas.
