He also assured his listeners that the process will be clear and rigorous and coordinated by a UN political commission, in which observers from Latin American the Caribbean will participate.
The signing ceremony in Havana was attended by Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos, several of his Latin American counterparts and the UN Secretary General (Ban Ki-moon), among other personalities.
