The French government describes Cuba as a key element in Latin America and the Caribbean, a region in which Paris wants to increase its presence.

President Evo Morales receives the support of his ministerial cabinet, which considers him today, after 10 years of his assumption of power, the best head of state in the history of Bolivia. According to the Bolivian Defense Minister, Reymi Ferreira, the success of Morales' management is due to many factors, among which three are fundamental, it was characterized as a popular and democratic government, and that he also won every election with the vote of the people.

The celebration of the 4th Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) will allow to continue consolidating the bloc as a mechanism of political consultation and integration, said today Cuba´s Deputy Foreign Minister Abelardo Moreno.

Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez has called for the 7th Summit of Heads of State and/or Government of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS) to be held next June here in Havana.
