Other three multinational companies will participate in the meeting hosted by the Conference Center Plaza America in Varadero, located on the northern coast of Matanzas province some 140 kilometers northeast of Havana.
Promoting Cuba as a destination of quality in food service is one of the objectives of the event, which has, among other sponsors, the Ministry of Tourism and the Company Extrahotelera Palmares.
Master lectures, presentations, commented tastings, workshops, panels of experts, exhibitions and competitions are included in the program of the event.
Bar: cocktails and tapas, Cuban rums: secrets and latest news, as well as training are other topics of the festival, which is also organized by the Higher Organization of Management Direction Cubasol and the System of Professional Training for Tourism.
