During an interview with Prensa Latina, Elias Halwagi said that the Canadian entity promotes these products in the region with good market prospects.
The Fair will take place during three days in Damascus. It is sponsored by the Ministry of Health and the Syrian companies Alpha, Inipharma, Shifa and Aphamea, among others, to show the best of the Cuban pharmaceutical industry, Halwagi said.
The Cuban companies possess advanced technology and 'I am proud to represent them", Halwagi said and added that the Syrian market is interested in the Cuban pharmaceutical offer.
Halwagi said that during the event will be conferences in order to broaden the knowledge and information on Cuban pharmaceutical products.
