After the political, civic and police coup in Bolivia, the first collaborators in the health sector who were radiating humanism and life expectancy to the most needy in that country arrive in Guantanamo.
Bárbara Peña Castillo and Eloy Giro Zapata, the couple who works as nurses, remained for 6 months working in the Hospital Ruben Celaya belonging to the Yacuiba Department, at Tarija municipality, far away from the capital of the Andean nation and although time was short, they helped and kept many lives stories as the invaluable example of the mark left by the Cuban medical collaboration around the world.
