The methodological work and the preparation of the teaching staff are again subjects for reflection by the Guantanamo teachers, during the provincial seminar for the preparation of the 2019-2020 school year.
Raquel Laviste Villafruela, Provincial Director of Education, stressed that at this meeting to take place from May 20 to 22, they will discuss for first time issues related to political-ideological work, preventive and community activities, as well as the constructive situation of the schools of the territory.
The Guantanamo teachers will also address the results in the application of the Third Perfection Syllabus and the advances in learning derived from the changes introduced by the process initiated in the territory in 2017.
Raquel Laviste Villafruela, Provincial Director of Education, said that because of the direct influence on the quality of the teaching, it is also foreseen to evaluate the performance of the two pedagogical schools of the territory and the use of new technologies in classes and preparations for entrance exams.
