Guantanamo.- A true example of unity and popular participation was undoubtedly the pilot meeting of accountability of the delegate to his constituents held in District 29, located in the Banito 6 Community, in El Salvador Municipality.
The delegate Niurka Otamendez Sánchez gave a demostration of what can be done from the foremost stage: the neighborhood. Critical and reflective debates by the voters in the search for solutions to problems that affect the community, became a reality in the meeting that was a place for dialogue and collaboration.
In the meeting, they recognize everyone who is encouraged to do their bit for a spiritual and material transformation of their small homeland.
