Guantanamo.- The Provincial Defense Council , led by Yoel Perez Garcia, first secretary of the Party, in Guantanamo, continues monitoring in Baracoa Municipality situation and weather conditions to minimize the negative effects of Hurricane Oscar on the population and economy of the eastermost region of Cuba.
