Guantanamo.- Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and president of the Republic, announced on his account on the social network X an emergency in the Guantanamo municipalities of Imías and San Antonio del Sur.
