Guantanamo.- The third municipal conference in Baracoa of the National Association of Innovators and Rationalizers (ANIR) was held the day before with the presence of Juana Eglis Fernández Louit, provincial secretary of the Cuban Workers’ Federation in Guantánamo, under the motto “To create is to grow.”
During the meeting, various topics were addressed, such as the problems impacting the operation of the Innovation and Rationalization Centers (CIR), the importance of growth, timely payment for innovations, and the promotion of the work of creators.
In addition, new members of the ANIR Municipal Bureau were selected, as well as the election of delegates for the next provincial conference.
