Currently, 118 managers hold leadership positions in Yateras, 78 of whom are women. They work in government-affiliated entities, representing 66.2% of the total. This statistic reflects the positive impact of initiatives that promote equal opportunities for men and women.
In this regard, within the National Program for the Advancement of Women, one of the priority issues addressed in the municipality is the search for alternatives to expand the services provided to families, especially on childcare, highlighting the creation of a daycare center and five children’s homes staffed by 25 women.
