Guantanamo.- The repairs to the Fausto Favier Favier Polyclinico, of the Palenque People’s Council, are considered the main investment in the Public Health sector in the municipality of Yateras during 2025.
The construction process at the hospital begins in 2023 and prioritizes the clinical laboratory, with its areas more than 80 percent complete. This includes the installation of cladding, handrails, and other laboratory equipment.
The investment amounts to 6 million five thousand pesos, which, in addition to the construction and instalation of the building, supports the purchase of medical and non-medical equipment to provide improved service.
In addition to the Fausto Favier Favier Polyclinic, the municipality of Yateras is working on other projects in 2025, such as the Maternity Home, the Cuabita Aqueduct, and the Felicidad de Yateras Bank Office.
