Guantánamo.- As part of the program of actions to commemorate the 99th birth anniversary of the undefeated Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro Ruz, a comfortable maternity home opened its doors in the main town of Palenque, in the Guantanamo municipality of Yateras. This will provide a better quality of life for pregnant women and their future children.
The facility was inaugurated by the First Secretary of the Party in the province of Guantánamo, Yoel Pérez García, and his municipal counterpart, Marisleidis Millán Acosta, accompanied by Party and government officials.
The healthcare institution provides a safe and welcoming environment, designed to offer comprehensive services to support expectant mothers.
