Until next October 31, the 15th National Checking to the Internal Control, directed by the Republic´s Comptroller General, takes place in Guantánamo, as in all Cuba.
This year the control exercise aims to strengthen the Socialist State Enterprise, administrative management and the efficient use resources in several entities of the territory.
Esbelin Mendoza Velázquez, Provincial Chief Comptroller, said that “the activity is aimed at checking the law enforcement and preventive actions in the struggle against crime, corruption and illegalities; as well as the 43 measures approved in the country to strengthen the socialist state enterprise.”
Units from the municipalities of Guantanamo, Baracoa and San Antonio del Sur will be visited, pertaining to the Transport, Construction and Local Building Materials and Water Resources enterprises.
The 15th Checking to Internal Control in Guantanamo will have the participation of auditors, experts from different branches and university students, who are involved as part of their professional training.
