The current coffee harvest in the El Salvador Municipality shows a progress in the different mountainous areas of the territory that are dedicated to the aromatic grain production.
Vladimir Hernández Sablón, delegate of Agriculture in the town, explained that the harvest is advancing as expected and it will end over two months. So far, 13,643 cans of coffee grains have been collected, more cans than the previous harvest.
This coffee harvest is expected to be the largest in 2022 and the pickers of the Agro Forestal Enterprise of El Salvador Municipality, who are organized in their respective forms of production, are committed to the responsibility and prepared to face the challenge.
Producers are looking for an alternative in the transportation of coffee grains with animal traction and the creation of the traditional coffee-pulp drying constructions in hard-to-reach areas for obtaining the best results.
