Guantanamo.- With the aim of facilitating service to the population and reducing the crowding of people in municipal and central offices, the provincial delegation of Territorial and Urban Planning in Guantánamo is progressing in the computerization of its procedures by promoting the use of the Bienestar platform, which facilitates the management and organization of processes and services.

Linda Noa Córdoba, a specialist at the entity, stated that the use of QR codes for the payment of Planning procedures simplified and expedited the benefit settlement process, which allowed the population to carry out the operations quickly and safely in their mobile devices.

In this sense, the Computer Group of the provincial delegation of Territorial and Urban Planning announced that all natural persons can use fast and secure digital payments through the ENZONA application.

They can also request online the services of Certifications of urban regulations and habitability, technical opinion of description and appraisal of measurements and boundaries, and construction license.

To make requests, users can access the website of the National Institute of Territorial Planning and review the procedures section online, or through the province’s Citizen Portal, and consult information on the subject of Housing.

The forms for general data appear depending on the type of procedure, and the option for the technical opinion, one of the services most used by the population, allows you to choose the desired service, whether updating the property title or legalizing new works.

To do this, it is mandatory to register the email, since this way people are informed of the current status of the process, when they can pick it up and receive notification of an error in the application.

The process of automating services is part of the country’s strategy to computerize Cuban society, which is one of the transformation currently taking place.
