Tours and trips to centers of historical interest, in addition to activities for the children of the workers in their own labor collectives, in favor of the healthy recreation of the families, promotes the Workers’ Central Union of Cuba in Guantanamo during this summer.
Miroslava Diaz Boloy, member of the provincial secretariat of the workers’ movement in this eastern territory, explains that together with the National Institute of Sports and Recreation, street plans, dominoes, chess and other games that also integrate the neighborhoods are being developed.
Likewise, the work centers will also recognize outstanding young people in their environment, internationalists and innovators and there will be a dialogue with Heroes and Heroines of Labor of the Republic of Cuba and members of the Union of Historians.
The union leader said that during the vacation period, good taste, the culture of detail and identity will be promoted in exchange with workers linked to summer activities, who will also be entertained.
Miroslava Diaz Boloy, member of the provincial secretariat of the Workers’ Central Union (CTC) said that in addition to the offers for the healthy enjoyment of July and August, the trade union organization in Guantanamo province does not neglect the work related to food production and the provision of quality services.
Motivated by the celebration of the XXII Congress of the Central Obrera and immersed in the celebration of the Municipal Conferences, Guantanamo workers deploy their initiatives during these months that invite family recreation.
