Guantánamo – The importance of providing a satisfactory response to people’s needs and concerns, as well as paying the greatest attention to the upcoming Process of Accountability of the Delegate to his Voters, were the key issues at the meeting with directors of entities and organizations of the Guantánamo Province.
At the meeting, chaired by the Governor Alis Azahares Torreblanca, and the Vice Governor Carlos Raúl Martínez Turro, who are the highest government authorities of the Guantanamo Province, the participants analyzed every government agency’s pending response to nearly one hundred concerns, derived from previous processes.
In this sense, the Governor pointed out that “the directors of the organizations have the obligation to give the answers to the Delegates, and to channel the solutions as far as possible, from their responsibility as public officials of the people to whom they owe themselves.”
The meeting was a space to reiterate the responsibility that the organizations have, before and during, the Accountability Process, and the accompaniment to the 596 Delegates of the province’s constituency in the 2,335 meetings that will be held in Guantánamo.
Another point addressed in the meeting was the work of interaction, of those who have institutional accounts, in each enterprise, organization and labor institution, and have the responsibility of interacting with content on social networks.
In this regard, the Vice Governor of Guantánamo called to “increase the presence of the organizations in the main digital platforms, interact more among all and multiply what is done in Guantánamo on social networks.”
