Guantánamo.- Erika Fernanda Reyes Barrientos, the first baby born this May1st, is being celebrated. Her mother receives a complete set of clothing and accessories for the newborn baby delivered on behalf of the people of Guantanamo by the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR) and the Cuban Workers’ Federation (CTC) in the province.
The Hero of the Republic and Coordinator of the CDRs, Gerardo Hernández Nordelo, the province’s main political and governmental authorities, and the leaders of mass organizations, congratulated the newborn and her mother and wished them many years of good health and happiness.
