The Agroforestal El Salvador Company, nestled in the Nipe-Sagua-Baracoa mountain range in Guantánamo province, won three awards at the recently concluded Fiagrop 2025 National Agroindustrial Fair held in Rancho Boyeros, in Havana.
The Guantanamo staff won the first place in the Promotional Stand, third place for the quality of its coffee, produced in a craft way and patented under the name AGROSALVA, as well as the design award. It also received a mention in the Products category for its visual identity manual.

As shared on social media, at Fiagrop 2025, the organization launched Agrosalva 100% organic and artisanal coffee, inspired by the coffee growers’ traditions, with their work monitored from the farm to plantation management and harvesting.

The product is an internationally certified organic Robusta coffee, which they have maintained for three years, and which becomes a new business opportunity.
According to Magaly Luque Padilla, the company’s general manager, the coffee presented “unites the values and attributes of coffee, honoring the traditions of coffee growers.”

She added that the Agrosalva artisanal roast offered by the El Salvador Company is a dark, smoky roast that, during the process, gives the product a special aroma and flavor. It is also ground with a pounder in hand, upholding the slogan of creating “an unparalleled flavor from the heart of the earth.”

The El Salvador Agroforestry Company stands out for its commitment to innovation and sustainable development. This is why 46.2% of its production is dedicated to forestry, 22.5% to livestock, and 16.7% to coffee cultivation, all with good practices and responsible use of its resources.

In addition, it cultivates more than 90 species of exotic fruits, recognized for their unique flavor and texture. They also guarantee local self-sufficiency. At Fiagrop 2025, the Company focused on sharing its achievements and experiences in the local agricultural sector and seeking clients and partners to further the diversification of its services.
