Guantanamo.- Members of the Calixto García Íñiguez Solidarity Brigade arrived Tuesday in Caimanera, to carry out a broad plan of activities on November 26 and 27, as part of the program of this sixth edition.
The 22 visitors have planned a program that includes exchanges and tours to educational centers, health centers, and historical sites, among other actions.
This Tuesday, November 26, their first activity will be a meeting with cederistas from zone four of the municipal capital, an activity that is also combined with a visit to the Gustavo Adolfo Moll Leyva bust in the municipality.
On Wednesday, members of the “Calixto García” will visit the Centro Mixto Mártires de la Gloria in the Cayamo community with the purpose of fraternizing with students of the aforementioned educational institution, then they will move to the Ramón López Peña polyclinic of this Caimanera Municipality.
The delegation made up of Canadian friends is part of a project founded on November 29, 2018, date from which they visit Cuba with the purpose of continuing to strengthen the ties of friendship, learning more about the history and culture of this people.
This sixth edition is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the José Martí Brigade of Art Instructors, and to the Cuban Revolution.
