Guantánamo – With remarkable results that highlight the work in terms of business advisory services, state orders, as well as consultancies related to innovations in environmental and industrial property, the Center for Information and Technological Management (CIGET) of Guantánamo celebrates since April 2023 its 25th anniversary this year and the six decades since the creation of the Institute of Scientific and Technological Information (IDICT), the rector of this activity in the country.
Elizabeth Alvarez Cambas, the Center’s director, informed that the Center’s state tasks are aimed at providing information and technological packages, including the EcuRed online collaborative encyclopedia, for its impact on the educational system and dissemination of the values of local history.
