Guantanamo.- With the goal of evaluating compliance with cost-saving measures and improving resource management, directors and staff of the Community Computer and Electronics Club in Caimanera held a working meeting focused on the organization’s economic plan for the current year.

The meeting, which brought together directors and staff from the Caimanera and Boquerón the Computer Clubs, centered on analyzing the progress and challenges in implementing the cost-saving strategies proposed at the beginning of the year.

These measures are part of a larger effort to optimize the use of available resources, in a context where efficiency and sustainability are more necessary than ever, amidst the economic constraints facing the country.

During the meeting, detailed reports were presented on expenses incurred in the first four months of the year, including electricity, materials, and equipment. Directors emphasized that, although some progress has been made in cost reduction, there are still areas where improvements can be made.

The participants discussed various strategies to improve resource management, such as the implementation of more efficient technologies and the ongoing training of staff in sustainable practices.
