Guantanamo.- Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez denounced what he described as imperialist intentions to subvert the country’s constitutional order.
“The U.S. Secretary of State urges his paid operatives in Cuba to follow the orders of those who inflict suffering on the Cuban people,” Rodríguez wrote on the social media platform X.
According to the Cuban news outlet Cubadebate, it was revealed just a few months ago that the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has invested more than $120 million toward this objective on the island.
Rodríguez also reiterated that “while they use federal funds to enrich their corrupt agents, millions of U.S. citizens are left without access to healthcare.”
