Cuba advocates for a fluid and stable link with its emigration, said Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez, after participating this Monday in the inauguration of the 19th Meeting of Consuls, held in Havana.
The Cuban Foreign Minister informed on his Twitter account that the meeting was dedicated to Cuban nationals abroad and to the strengthening of consular activity.
In the same social network, the Cuban Foreign Ministry reaffirmed the loyalty and dedication to the work of these professionals, who are an expression of Cuban revolutionary diplomacy.
These personnel play a fundamental role in the systematic rapprochement promoted by Cuba with its emigration, recently summoned to the IV Conference The Nation and Emigration, to be held on November 18 and 19, 2023 in Havana.
Cuba’s current policies encourage greater participation of its nationals in the cultural and socio-economic development processes taking place in the country, according to the call for the event.
