The National Ballet of Cuba (BNC) will return to the stages of Costa Rica next year, with a program that will surprise the public of this Central American nation, avid of these presentations, Flor Carreras announced here.

Without wanting to advance neither date nor planned program, the producer of Interamericana Producciones S.A. of Costa Rica explained to Prensa Latina that they will offer their followers a beautiful and interesting show.

“We will bring the BNC to our stages for the third time, we will repeat that experience which is very gratifying, due to the great technical level of its dancers”, she stressed.

Just a few days ago two figures of the BNC, first dancer Yankiel Vázquez and soloist Yunior Palma, were part of the cast of Nutcracker, a ballet in two acts with music by Russian composer Pyotr I. Tchaikovsky and libretto by his compatriot Ivan Vsevolozhk.

For the producer, it is vital to support dancers from Latin American nations and to stimulate exchange between companies.
