Several details about the upcoming start of the 63rd National Baseball Series were announced today in the Meeting Room of the Provincial Government of Guantanamo, with the presence of Juan Reynaldo Pérez Pardo, president of the Cuban Federation of the sport, and YoelPérez García, first secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Communist Party in the eastern territory.
At the meeting, information was given on the hard training that, under the instructions of Rubén Prevost Sánchez, team director, is carried out at the Nguyen Van Troi stadium, where games with players from other provinces are scheduled prior to the competition that begins next
March 9, the date on which Guantanamo will face Santiago de Cuba at the Guillermón Moncada stadium in the neighboring province.
